Have you ever felt stuck? Most of you raised your hands. I did too!
Reflection: What if getting stuck becomes something we can celebrate
Have you ever felt stuck?
Are you feeling stuck currently?
Most of you raised your hands. I did too.
And what if feeling stuck becomes an occasion we can openly talk about..
What if feeling stuck is our life reminder that we have outgrown the known path…
Happy Holidays, an early Merry Christmas!
First off, I wish you all a purposeful and intentional holiday season. May you be blessed with a quiet time where you get to recharge, be present, and spend time with your loved ones!
Last week, we brought the Transformative Dialogue to Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill. It was so GREAT to see everyone had a blast at our last workshop for the year ‘Getting Unstuck Festival’. Thank you to the TP team, speakers, sponsors, and everyone who came and made the evening special.
As we wind down for the year, I wish to share these inspirations with you. (they are written by the speakers and myself)
#1 Give yourself and others grace. Live with compassion.
Karen Seymour, Purpose Leader
#2 This too shall pass.
Jami Gong, Owner of Takeout Comedy
#3 Look how far you got already, this will not stop you.
Sevrine Caroline, Certified Yoga Teacher
#4 Whether you think you can or think you cannot, you are right. Success is having ‘some’ of the things in life that money can buy, and ‘all’ of the things in life that money cannot buy.
Scottie Callaghan, Owner of Fineprint
#5 The journey is the destination.
Jo Lodder, Run for Freedom Fundraiser, JNW Properties Founding Partner
#6 Do the hard(er) things - easy life…..so the easy(er) things hard life!!
Andrew Cox, Director & Co-owner at Joint Dynamics, Podcaster
#7 Getting stuck is a moment. Feeling stuck is an emotion. We get reminders for most things when they are overdue. We get nudges when we forget to pay our bills. The alarm goes off when we forget to turn off the oven. And feeling stuck is just our kind reminder that we have outgrown the known path. It’s time to lean in with our passion, curious inner child to journey through the uncharted path. Be kind to ourselves. Ask compassionate questions. Tell others. And don’t settle for quick answers.
