We kicked off our first webinar, and it was amazing to see some of you there! I revealed some habits that have supercharged my productivity, creativity, and happiness. Honestly, without these ‘strange’ habits, I wouldn't have been able to overcome my trauma, publish 8 books, launch a podcast, and build the The Purpose Club community!
What positive habit are you trying to build?
Here’s one of mine that I shared:
Distraction has been my worst villain for years. I didn’t know how much smart phone and social media were affecting my productivity and health. I was spending north of 6 hours+ doomscrolling my phone. I was distracted.
Digital Detox Day (DDD)
A couple of years ago, I made my Saturday my DDD. I switch off from the internet, social media, and WhatsApp messenger. I focus on my family and would only take inbound calls/messages that are urgent.
