To Our Purpose Club Community & Kindred Hearts,
Happy New Year! I hope 2026 is unfolding with clarity and purpose for you.
I’m writing with deep gratitude for the journey so far—and with a heart full of excitement for what we are building, together.
To our founding members: you gave this community its first heartbeat. Thank you for your trust, presence, and belief before the path was fully lit.
To every leader reading this for the first time: welcome. I’m grateful our paths are crossing at a moment of meaningful growth.
Why We Exist — And Where We’re Rooted
In a world that can feel loud, distracted, and impatient, the Purpose Club was created for growth-minded executives, corporate professionals and educators for a different kind of growth—personal, professional and collective growth.
I often reflect on our closest parallels: the timeless craft of Patek Philippe (“You never actually own it, you merely look after it for the next generation”) and the sustaining fellowship of a church community. Like both, we are building something meant to outlast us—rooted in meaning, nurtured in community, and passed forward with intention.
Our foundation is Transformative Purpose: the belief that we never simply “find” our purpose, because it is always evolving.
Here, we are redefining leadership through a shared belief: Leaders Evolve Together. This means we commit to evolving from within, for our teams, and for the world.
